Work Life Balance as the saying goes, there’s only so much you can do in a day.  Attempting to cram too much into 24 hours in attempt to much your schedule is only going to overwhelm you! The feeling of guilt when you cannot do it all will slowly creep in. Instead of doing all this and trying to cram a lot into your daily schedule, attempt to look at your weekly schedule and see what’s actually reasonable for you in terms of time and energy.
